Refund and Returns Policy


1. Digital Products & Guides

All of our products — including downloadable guides, toolkits, templates, and online courses — are digital in nature and delivered electronically. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product is accessed or downloaded.


2. Online Course Access

Once you have gained access to a course or private learning material (even partially), refunds are not available. If you experience technical issues or accidental duplicate charges, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will do our best to resolve the situation.


3. Subscription-Based Products

If you purchased a monthly or annual subscription:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime in your account settings.
  • Cancellations will prevent future billing but will not refund the current period once payment has been processed.
  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate purchase
  • Technical failure on our side that prevented access to the product
  • Unauthorized payment (after investigation)
